The procurement covers mobile 60 kVA emergency generator sets mounted on trailers, including the specified accessories, documentation, delivery and user training. The generator must have a rated output of 55–65 kVA, the trailer’s permitted gross weight must not exceed 3,000 kg, and the set must run for at least 12 hours at full load. It must support emergency supply to buildings or the electricity grid, standalone operation, and parallel operation with up to three generator sets of different power classes.
