NetFlow Generation maintenance and licenses

Summary

The tender covers the supply of NetFlow Generation licenses and up to five years of maintenance and support for RWTH Aachen University’s network equipment and components. The systems generate NetFlow data from network traffic. The contractor must remedy hardware and software faults, answer questions about system operation and configuration, provide support on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00, and supply new software releases.
