Electrical engineering design for the extension building of the child and adolescent psychiatry department – Marien-Hospital gGmbH

Summary

The tender concerns electrical engineering design services for the extension building of Marien-Hospital gGmbH’s child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy department. The building is planned for 30 treatment places and will complement the existing clinical facilities. The services cover technical-equipment electrical planning under HOAI service phases 3–9; phases 3 and 4 are commissioned initially, while later phases may be commissioned in stages. The offer must be submitted electronically in German by 12 October 2026 at 10:00. The works must comply with the gross cost ceiling of EUR 2,360,000 for DIN 276 cost groups 440–480 and take account of the archaeological wall, the combined sewer, heritage-protection requirements and uninterrupted operation of the clinic. Offers will be assessed on personnel and project organisation, project manager experience and gross price, weighted at 30%, 30% and 40% respectively.
