Security services – framework agreement for refugee accommodation

Summary

The tender covers house-order and property protection services at decentralized facilities in Munich used to accommodate refugees from 2027 onwards. The service is divided into five lots and includes operational management, shift supervision and security staff work on weekdays, at night, on Sundays and public holidays. Price carries 100% of the weighting, and tenders must be submitted electronically; lot prices must be entered as net prices including necessary ancillary costs. Bidders must meet requirements concerning registration, the Section 34a permit, turnover, liability insurance and previous references for guarding refugee accommodation facilities.
