Framework agreement for office furniture relocation services for Bayerischer Rundfunk

Summary

The Bayerischer Rundfunk is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for the independent planning, coordination and execution of office furniture and office equipment relocation services. Work will be ordered through project-specific call-offs and may take place within or between the broadcaster’s sites in Munich, Unterföhring and Nuremberg, with occasional additional sites elsewhere in Bavaria. The framework starts on 1 January 2027, has a basic term of 24 months and may be extended twice by 12 months, for a maximum term of 48 months. The supplier must provide qualified staff, vehicles, tools and, where necessary, special transport equipment such as external lifts or lifting platforms. The estimated annual volume is 1,056 staff hours at the Munich, Freimann and Unterföhring sites and 200 staff hours at other Bavarian sites; the minimum and optional maximum volumes are specified separately in the tender documents. The services include transporting and documenting office furniture, equipment and moving boxes, dismantling and reassembling furniture and shelving, setting up items at the destination, removing moving residues, and, when ordered, providing packaging materials or disposing of redundant furniture. The supplier must obtain required permits, coordinate site access, provide a German-speaking project manager, maintain trained and identifiable personnel, comply with safety and data-protection requirements, and provide customer service in German on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00. Offers must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% of the award evaluation and service quality for 40%. The quality assessment covers staff qualifications and occupational safety, damage prevention and claims handling, resource planning and flexibility, communication, and experience at comparable sites.
