Road, civil engineering and landscaping works and natural stone paving joint maintenance at Theaterplatz and Theaterstraße to Borngasse

Summary

The City of Aachen is procuring road, civil engineering and landscaping works for Theaterplatz, Theaterstraße and the area extending to Borngasse, together with a separate second part covering maintenance of the joints in the natural stone paving. The joint-maintenance work is to be called off annually after the main works, with quantities of 1,840 m² on Theaterstraße, 416 m² at public-transport stops and 7,740 m² at Theaterplatz. The works are planned in two construction phases and are scheduled for 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.
