Drywall and suspended-ceiling works for the Buisdorf primary school extension

Summary

The tender covers drywall and suspended-ceiling works for the three-storey extension to the Catholic Primary School in Buisdorf, Sankt Augustin. The work includes, among other things, partitions, lining walls, service and shaft walls, openings and reinforcements, plasterboard, acoustic, mineral-fibre and wood-wool ceilings, access panels and the required scaffolding. Work will take place in phases while the school remains in operation, following construction progress. The planned period is January to June 2027, with completion due by 18 June 2027. The bidder must submit a priced bill of quantities and the required company information, and demonstrate suitability either through entry in the construction-company prequalification register or through self-declarations. The requirements include turnover information for comparable work over the last five completed financial years, comparable work performed during the last three years, and three references if shortlisted. Professional liability insurance must cover at least EUR 500,000 for property damage and EUR 3,000,000 for personal injury. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 3 November 2026 at 10:00. Variant bids are not permitted.
