Supply of a chassis and conversion into an ambulance

Summary

The procurement concerns a Type C ambulance compliant with DIN EN 1789, divided into two lots: Lot 1 is the chassis and Lot 2 is the ambulance body. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. The contractor must supply the chassis and convert the vehicle into an ambulance in accordance with the technical specification and applicable standards. The bid must include a detailed technical description and product literature in German, as well as an explanation of how spare parts will be delivered within 48 hours and the addresses of the nearest service centres providing maintenance and repair. The warranty must be at least two years, with a five-year warranty against perforation corrosion. The technical clarifications require an interior width of 2,100 mm (±30 mm); medical-equipment mounts without height adjustment are accepted if they provide visual and audible alerts in the cab. A fuel tank of at least 75 litres is accepted. Alternative bids are not permitted. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 October 2026 at 10:00, and the bid and required evidence must be in German. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must submit a suitability declaration and demonstrate compliance as specified in the contract notice and tender documents.
