AHEAD Event Locations 2027

Summary

The tender covers event venues and related services for Fraunhofer’s 2027 events in four lots. Bids may be submitted for one or all lots. The lots cover AHEAD Check-ins and Sprint across six events, two AHEAD Bootcamp events, one AHEAD Connect networking event, and two AHEAD Pitchnight networking events. The bidder must provide suitable venues, furniture, technical equipment, catering and the support required to deliver the events. The successful offer will be selected on the basis of price (35%) and the quality of the concept and equipment (65%). The Lot 3 event will take place on 16 February 2027 from 14:00 to 22:00, while the Lot 4 events will take place on 20 April and 26 October 2027 from 15:00 to 22:00.
