Drywall works for the new Building B at TH Köln’s Deutz campus

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Köln is procuring preparatory work and construction for the new Building B lecture-centre at TH Köln’s Deutz campus. The works include drywall partitions and ceilings, fire-rated glazing, metal-cassette wall and ceiling cladding, acoustic finishes, lockers, precast concrete portal elements and thresholds, openings and associated adjustments, plus hourly-rate work. The procurement is not divided into lots.
