Infrastructure renewal of Steinstraße

Summary

The City of Lünen, its wastewater utility and municipal utility are jointly procuring renewal works on Steinstraße between Schützenstraße and Löwen-Köster-Straße. The project covers approximately 645 m of new mixed-water sewer, partial renewal of property connections and trenchless liner rehabilitation, together with new water and utility lines, telecommunications works, and complete reconstruction of the road, drainage, sidewalks, parking areas, green areas, bus stop and lighting. The works are planned in 19 phases over an estimated 22-month construction period.
