Restoration of decorative metal grilles and metalwork at Rathaus Buer, phases 3 and 4
Summary
The City of Gelsenkirchen is procuring metalwork for phases 3 and 4 of the facade restoration of the historic Rathaus Buer at Goldbergstraße 12. The work includes removing, restoring and reinstalling eight decorative window grilles, replacing their fixings, repairing or recreating damaged ornamental parts, applying protective coatings, and documenting the work. The contract period is scheduled from 8 December 2026 to 29 March 2027.
