Energy Renovation Management in Heven-Ost and Crengeldanz

Summary

The City of Witten is seeking a service provider to continue energy renovation management in the Heven-Ost and Crengeldanz neighbourhoods from 15 December 2026 to 31 August 2028. The service includes free, independent initial energy advice and property-based energy consultations for owners and owners’ associations, at least one weekly, two-hour consultation session at the local neighbourhood office, information on funding opportunities, public outreach, coordination with local partners, and monitoring and reporting. The combined assignment covers both neighbourhoods, with at least 16 hours of service per week; personnel costs are capped at EUR 160,000 gross, with up to EUR 10,000 in eligible project-related material costs.
