Appraisals of Remediation-Related Land Value Increases in Bützow’s Altstadt Renewal Area

Summary

The City of Bützow is procuring appraisal services to determine the increase in land value attributable to urban renewal in its Altstadt renewal area. The work will be commissioned in six stages under a framework agreement, covering approximately 40 properties per area and around 238 properties in total during 2026–2029. The current stage covers 40 properties comprising 49 cadastral parcels; the service includes an appraisal for each property and, where needed, explanatory discussions with property owners.
