Energy-efficiency renovation of Villa Kunterbunt daycare centre: electrical installations

Summary

The Municipality of Kabelsketal is procuring electrical installation works for the energy-efficiency renovation of the Villa Kunterbunt daycare centre, covering the main building and an ancillary building, as Lot 17. The works include safety and other lighting, distribution boards, sockets, switches, cabling, an alarm system, structured data cabling, intercoms, an accessible-person call system, temporary site power, improvements to earthing and lightning protection, mast lights, underground cable works, documentation and maintenance. The contract is not further divided into lots; works are scheduled from 1 February to 17 December 2027.
