Facade works at the former Physics Institute of Martin Luther University in Halle

Summary

Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg is procuring facade restoration works at the former Physics Institute at Friedemann-Bach-Platz 6 in Halle (Saale). The works include removing approximately 120 m² of plaster and wallpaper, cleaning and dry-blasting 181 m² of facade, supplying around 2,300 specially shaped stones and 1,340 standard-format solid bricks, and repairing and repointing masonry, window sills, cornices, building corners and the natural-stone plinth. The contract is not divided into lots; work is scheduled from 25 January to 6 July 2027.
