Framework agreement for rollout, removal, installation and disposal of decentralised IT systems

Summary

IT Baden-Württemberg (BITBW), acting for the State of Baden-Württemberg, is procuring a framework agreement for rollout and removal of decentralised IT systems at around 1,200 state offices. The services cover pre-installation, transport, on-site assembly, cabling, commissioning, dismantling and disposal of servers, uninterruptible power supplies and storage systems. Estimated quantities over the minimum contract term are 1,000 rollout installations with assembly and transport, 100 rollout transports, 100 rollout assembly-and-transport services, 500 roll-in dismantling-and-transport services, and 500 roll-in services including dismantling, transport and disposal; these are estimates, not guaranteed minimum purchases. The procurement is not divided into lots.
