Renovation of the west wing and connecting section – Lot 4-02 – ventilation systems

Summary

Landesbühnen Sachsen GmbH is procuring the complete installation of ventilation systems for the renovation of the west wing and connecting section at Meißner Straße 152 in Radebeul. The works include a supply-and-extract air handling unit with heat recovery rated at approximately 1,800 m³/h, 11 bathroom extract fans, basement and battery-room ventilation, approximately 50 air outlets, four fire dampers, approximately 160 m of circular ducting and approximately 100 m² of sheet-steel ducting and fittings. The works are scheduled from 8 February to 19 July 2027.
