Renovation of the West Wing and Connector – Lot 4-01: Heating and Sanitary Systems

Summary

Landesbühnen Sachsen GmbH is procuring the complete installation of new heating and sanitary systems, with partial modifications to existing installations, for the renovation of the West Wing and Connector in Radebeul. The works include approximately 200 m of wastewater pipework, 270 m of drinking-water pipework, 37 sanitary fixtures, 450 m of heating pipework, around 40 fittings, 35 radiators and three heating circuits. The works are scheduled to run from 8 February to 19 July 2027; the procurement is not divided into further lots.
