New Fire Station – Lot 306: Roofing Works for the Social Building

Summary

The municipality of Neukirch/Lausitz is procuring roofing works for the social building at its new fire station in Neukirch. The works include approximately 495 m² of flat-roof waterproofing with EPS thermal and tapered insulation, an FPO roofing membrane, nine daylight reflectors, approximately 76 m of powder-coated aluminium parapet flashing, and approximately 28 m of cable-based fall protection plus three individual anchor points. The scope also includes preparing installation plans for the tapered insulation. The works are scheduled for 22 February to 23 March 2027, with the insulation components to be delivered in January 2027; the procurement is not divided into further lots.
