Structural shell construction works

Summary

The City of Stuttgart is procuring structural shell construction works for the extension, renovation and modernisation of the volunteer fire station in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, as part of a project to remodel the vehicle hall and install an exhaust extraction system. The works include approximately 150 m² of reinforced concrete, 100 m² of masonry, 2,000 kg of steel, 300 m² of thermal insulation and 300 m² of waterproofing. The stated construction period is 5 April 2027 to 13 November 2028.
