Strategic and technical support and capacity-building for Tunisia’s climate negotiations delegation

Summary

GIZ is seeking strategic, technical and methodological support for Tunisia’s delegation to international climate negotiations, including preparations after COP31, COP32 and meetings of the UNFCCC subsidiary bodies. The services cover preparation and support during negotiations, analysis and reporting on their outcomes, strategic monitoring of climate-finance and international-cooperation opportunities, capacity-building for negotiators—particularly young negotiators—and support for related events and communications. The assignment runs from 7 December 2026 to 31 December 2027, with an indicative total of 115 expert-days: 48 for the team leader, 32 for Key Expert 1 and 35 for Key Expert 2. No lots are specified.
