Relocation of the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture

Summary

The State of Lower Saxony is procuring the relocation of its Ministry of Science and Culture in Hanover from Leibnizufer 9 and Georgsplatz 18/19 to rented premises at Georgsplatz 1. The move is expected to take place in six three-day stages from mid-January to mid-April 2027, covering about 237 workstations, office and conference furniture, around 800 linear metres of files, confidential personnel records, IT equipment and kitchenware. The contract also includes up to 20 day-long general transport assignments.
