Renovation and repair of clinker plinth surfaces at Altenburgerstr. 30–36

Summary

Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH is procuring clinker masonry repairs at the residential building at Altenburgerstr. 30–36 in Leipzig, including the plinth areas, basement stairways and entrances. The works include cleaning 100 m² of clinker plinth, replacing damaged masonry and individual bricks, repointing clinker surfaces and stair treads, refurbishing concrete entrance steps, and repainting metalwork and entrance doors. The works are scheduled from 30 March to 9 July 2027.
