Summary

The Max Planck Institute for Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg is procuring daily guarding, patrol and emergency alarm-response services in three lots. Lot 1 covers security patrols and checks across the institute grounds and buildings; Lot 2 covers 24/7 monitoring and response for 12 intrusion-alarm lines; Lot 3 covers 24/7 monitoring and response for eight personal alarm lines, expected to enter service in the second quarter of 2027. The contract is scheduled to start on 1 March 2027, with an initial four-year term and up to two one-year extensions.
