Heilbronn Central Station – Refurbishment and expansion of office space with enhanced security requirements

Summary

DB InfraGO AG is procuring general-contractor works to refurbish and expand approximately 1,000 m² of office space over three floors in an ancillary building at Heilbronn Central Station. The works include demolition and reconfiguration, new walls, security-enhanced windows and doors, renewed interior finishes, a new light well, and adaptation or renewal of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical installations. The contract is not divided into lots.
