Electrical works at Kritzinger Villa – Lot 13

Summary

Verbandsgemeinde Droyßiger-Zeitzer Forst is procuring the complete electrical installation for the heritage-listed Kritzinger Villa in Droyßig, which is being renovated for use as a library and cultural and event venue. The works include low-voltage distribution, about 2,600 m of power, control and data cabling, around 60 interior and emergency lights, fire and safety systems, a Cat. 7 data network and heating and cooling controls. The contract also covers removal of the existing installation, testing, commissioning, documentation and handover; work is scheduled from 8 March to 14 October 2027.
