Framework agreement for painting works at five LVR clinics from 2027

Summary

The LVR is procuring a two-year framework agreement for ongoing painting, decorating and related maintenance and repair work at five clinic locations and their outstations, divided into five lots: Bedburg-Hau, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Langenfeld and Viersen. The scope includes preparing and coating interior and exterior surfaces of mineral, metal and wood substrates, wallpapering, minor glazing repairs, joint sealing, protective covering, scaffolding and related work. Approximate gross annual contract values are €80,000 for Bedburg-Hau, €70,000 for Bonn, €215,000 for Düsseldorf, €45,000 for Langenfeld and €110,000 for Viersen; the Viersen lot also covers the Orthopaedics Clinic in Viersen and the Mönchengladbach Clinic. The contract runs from 4 January 2027 to 29 December 2028, with a possible single written extension of up to 12 months without a price increase.
