Hall 2 gable facade renewal and steel construction works at the Bundeswehr Mechatronics Center

Summary

The Bundeswehr Mechatronics Center is procuring works to renew the north-eastern gable facade of Hall 2 at its Jülich site. The work includes installing approximately 15.54 tonnes of steel truss framing and scaffolding of about 625 m², including its subsequent availability for use by other trades. The protected building’s facade is to be preserved and secured, with the new insulated framing designed to respect the historic layout and materials.
