Expansion of the Biletado booking platform with access and validity management

Summary

The City of Bad Belzig is procuring the conceptual and technical expansion of its existing Biletado web-based booking platform with access and validity management for admission tickets. The work covers seven components: detailed design, issuing and grouping access entitlements, validity and usage rules, admission checks, ticket documents and booking-flow changes, administration and cancellation functions, and testing, documentation, handover and project management. Optional items are descriptive usage statistics and two training sessions. The expansion will be integrated into the existing platform and published as open-source software.
