Organizational chart tool for GSI and FAIR

Summary

GSI Helmholtzzentrum and FAIR are procuring an on-premises software solution to visualise, analyse and manage organisational structures, charts, HR data, positions and reporting lines. The six-year contract, running from 1 June 2027 to 31 May 2033, includes migration of the existing organisational-chart setup, implementation, maintenance, support and training. The licence scope covers 2,000 employees, 1,000 organisational units, 2,500 positions and at least six power users or administrators; an option allows up to 1,000 additional objects, ideally in four packs of 250.
