App Review Management Tool

Summary

AOK connect GbR is procuring a web-based or SaaS app review management tool for central collection, processing, analysis and reporting of reviews from at least Google Play and the Apple App Store. The solution must support direct replies, AI-assisted categorisation, analysis and response drafting, dashboards, reporting and user-rights management; it is intended for 10 users. Operation, support, maintenance, data protection and security services are included. The contract starts upon award, runs initially for two years and may be extended twice by one year, for a maximum term of four years.
