Scaffold tower and construction hoist for building section A at ESMT

ESMT GmbH is procuring the planning, provision, installation, commissioning, hire and subsequent removal of an external scaffold tower with a two-mast construction hoist for the renovation of building section A at its listed building in Berlin. The scaffold is to have an approximate footprint of 120 m² and a height of about 28 m, with a maximum height of 30 m; the hoist must carry at least 1,000 kg. The equipment is to remain available, maintained and safely operational for approximately 70 weeks.
