Steelwork for the new lift at Hochbrücke in Rottweil

The City of Rottweil is procuring the steel and associated construction works for a new outdoor glass lift at the Hochbrücke, forming an accessible connection between the historic town centre and the 2028 State Garden Show grounds. The works include the lift-shaft steel frame and rail-support structure, façade substructures, roof and drainage components, and a steel access bridge with a reinforced-concrete deck, railings and alterations to the existing railing. The lift façade glazing, foundations and concrete retaining walls are excluded from this contract.
