Technical analysis and assessment of quantum computing

Summary

The work supports the DLR Project Management Agency in scientifically and technically updating the BSI study on the state of quantum computing. It covers applied analysis and assessment of quantum-computing methods and systems, quantum algorithms, and developments in quantum cryptanalysis, including their technical significance, reproducibility and potential relevance to cryptographically relevant quantum computers. The findings are to be prepared for incorporation into the updated study.
