Heating and sanitary installation modernization at Saarbachtal school site – Lot 44

Summary

The City of Gera is procuring heating and sanitary installation works for Lot 44 of the modernization of the Saarbachtal school site, covering the MZG building. The works include connecting it to the local heating network, installing heating distribution equipment and underfloor heating, connecting two ventilation units, and installing domestic hot and cold water and wastewater systems. Commissioning, hydraulic balancing, flushing, functional testing and expert inspections are also included. The works are scheduled from 21 January to 27 August 2027.
