Framework agreement for electrical inspections in Frankfurt (Oder)

Summary

Studierendenwerk Ost:Brandenburg is procuring a framework agreement for electrical safety inspections at its Frankfurt (Oder) residences, canteens and other listed premises. The work includes testing portable equipment and fixed electrical installations, inspecting distribution boards and existing apartment wiring, and testing lightning-protection and earthing systems. The estimated framework volume is approximately €35,000; the initial term is two years from 1 January 2027, with two optional one-year extensions, up to four years in total. The estimated quantities include 2,700 portable devices, 200 single-phase and 100 three-phase fixed installations, 100 distribution boards, 100 apartment installation inspections, 350 lightning-protection connection points and 150 earthing-system connection points.
