Replacement of control computers at all wastewater treatment plants

Summary

The Oldenburgisch-Ostfriesischer Wasserverband is procuring the replacement of local control-system computers at its wastewater treatment plants in two lots, covering 10 sites in Lot 1 and 28 sites in Lot 2; two sites in Lot 2 have two computers each. The work includes 40 new control computers, NAS drives and 23-inch monitors, migration of existing AVEVA InTouch licences and applications, operating-system updates, data backup, installation, connection to the plants and the existing Acron system, commissioning, functional testing, staff instruction and updated documentation. All work must be completed by 1 October 2027.
