Disposal of hazardous waste

Summary

The State of Berlin, through BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH, is procuring disposal of two stockpiles of recycled construction rubble at Blankenburger Pflasterweg 101, Berlin, each with an estimated volume of approximately 500 m³. The material is classified as hazardous waste (waste code 17 01 06*) because asbestos-cement fragments were found. The disposal service includes the necessary acceptance declarations, waste transfer and register documentation, processing and related fees; loading and transport are excluded. The work is to be completed by 31 January 2027; the procurement is not divided into lots.
