Road marking works at Windausstraße stop

Summary

Infrastrukturgesellschaft Region Hannover GmbH is procuring road-marking works on asphalt carriageways and some concrete ancillary areas around the Windausstraße light-rail stop in Hannover. The work includes thermoplastic lane lines, pedestrian and cycle crossings, stop lines and arrows, removal and reinstatement of existing markings, and surface preparation. The quantities include 330 m of narrow line marking, 60 m of pedestrian crossing markings, 30 m of cycle crossing markings, 70 m of other wide-line markings, seven arrows and 60 m² of marking on cast asphalt. Most work is scheduled for November 2026, with a small amount of white marking to be completed in April 2027 after the temporary stop is removed.
