Energy Renovation Management in Heven-Ost and Crengeldanz

Summary

The City of Witten is procuring the continuation of energy-renovation management and neighbourhood advice in Heven-Ost and Crengeldanz from 15 December 2026 to 31 August 2028. The service includes at least 16 hours of work per week, with free initial energy advice and property-specific advice for owners and condominium associations, as well as information, public outreach, coordination, monitoring and reporting. Personnel costs are capped at EUR 160,000 gross; up to EUR 10,000 in project-related material costs may also be eligible. The two neighbourhood areas are covered together, without separate lots.
