Hygiene Materials Framework Agreement for 2027 and 2028

Summary

Hochschule Rhein-Waal is procuring a two-year framework agreement, starting on 1 January 2027, for hygiene products for its Kleve and Kamp-Lintfort campuses. The two lots cover toilet paper, paper towels, hand disinfectant and liquid soap; the Kleve lot also includes mini jumbo toilet rolls. Estimated annual quantities include 4,200 mini jumbo rolls, 960 toilet rolls and 1.5 million hand-towel sheets for Kleve, and 1,800 mini jumbo rolls, 960 toilet rolls and 600,000 hand-towel sheets for Kamp-Lintfort, alongside the specified annual quantities of soap and disinfectant. Products will be ordered as needed and delivered to the relevant campus.
