Engineering services for replacement of the Jörgensmühle 2–4 culvert

Summary

The Hanseatic City of Wipperfürth is procuring engineering services for the replacement of the culvert carrying the Kürtener Sülz beneath the road at Jörgensmühle 2–4, as well as renewal of approximately 650 m² of the existing road, which is about 3 m wide. The scope includes object planning, planning and construction surveying, and a landscape conservation plan with a species-protection assessment; structural design is an optional service if a prefabricated structure proves unsuitable. The estimated construction cost is €240,000 net, and the work is planned in stages, with phases 1–6 initially and phases 7–9 subject to a further commission.
