Project management for partial façade refurbishment at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne

Summary

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Köln is procuring project management services for the refurbishment of protected façade sections and the roof of the Higher Regional Court building in Cologne. The work concerns the entire Hülchrather Straße façade and the street-facing left section of the Blumenthalstraße façade up to the central projection; the planned works include restoring plaster and sandstone, maintaining and repainting windows, renewing gutters and rainwater pipes, and inspecting and repairing the roof and dormers.
