Framework agreement for demolition and structural works at municipal properties

Summary

The City of Koblenz is procuring a framework agreement for demolition, structural construction and plastering works at municipal properties. The four lots cover the areas north and east of the Moselle, the Old Town, and east of the Rhine. Works include removing building elements and finishes, concrete cutting and core drilling, masonry and plastering, and concrete and reinforcement works. The agreement is scheduled to run from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with up to three one-year extensions, for a maximum term ending 31 December 2030; actual call-off quantities are not guaranteed.
