Leasing of server technology with installation and maintenance

Summary

The Municipality of Michendorf is procuring server technology and related software through a 60-month lease, with no hire-purchase option. The supply includes rack servers for a highly available Hyper-V cluster across two server rooms, a backup-replication NAS, two UPS units and backup software, together with installation, configuration, migration of existing virtual machines and databases, Windows Server, SQL Server and Exchange upgrades, documentation, training, support and maintenance. Delivery and implementation are scheduled by agreement, no later than 25–29 January 2027.
