Acetic acid 2027

Summary

The Oldenburgisch-Ostfriesischer Water Association is procuring acetic acid for use as an external carbon source in the activated-sludge process and centrate treatment at its Oldenburg wastewater treatment plant. The estimated annual requirement is 210 tonnes of pure acetic acid, supplied during 2027 as either 40% solution (approximately 525 tonnes of product) or 60% solution (approximately 350 tonnes). Deliveries are to be made in batches of about 20,000 kg, within 10 calendar days of each call-off.
