Municipality of Bohmte / Hummelhof daycare centre extension – tiling works

Summary

The Municipality of Bohmte is procuring tiling works for the extension of the Hummelhof daycare centre and areas of the existing building. The work includes preparing surfaces, installing waterproofing and ceramic floor and wall tiles, and removing and replacing existing finishes and floor build-ups. The bill of quantities includes approximately 110 m² of new floor tiling, 30 m² of wall tiling and 8 m² of accent tiling in the extension, plus 25 m² of floor tiling and 20 m² of wall tiling in the existing building. Work is scheduled in separate phases: 9 March–22 April 2027 in the extension and 8 July–18 August 2027 in the existing building.
