Framework agreement for moving, installation and rearrangement services

Summary

The Saxon State and University Library Dresden (SLUB Dresden) is procuring a framework agreement for moving, rearranging, assembling and dismantling office furniture, including desks, chairs, cabinets and shelving, at its central library, branch libraries, depots and temporary premises in Dresden and Tharandt. The work also includes the proper disposal of furniture with disposal or weighing evidence and, where needed, the rental of moving boxes. The agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two optional 12-month extensions, and has a maximum total value of €40,000 without a guaranteed minimum volume.
