Heating system installation works

Summary

The State Building Authority of Regensburg is procuring heating installation works for the armory building project at the Roding military barracks. The works include approximately 395 m of steel heating pipes, pumps and related equipment, radiators and convectors, and underfloor heating over approximately 610 m² with about 750 m of connection pipes. The scope also includes 32 fire-stopping seals, around 34 core drillings, three underfloor-heating manifolds serving 28 circuits, system testing and commissioning, and complete technical and as-built documentation. The works are scheduled from 28 June 2027 to 24 March 2028; there are no lots.
